ON THE AIRPORT
We are conveniently located on both sides of taxiway Charlie just off the end of runway 27 near the intersection of taxiway Alpha at KOMN. We have aircraft parking on the ramp in front of hangars #2, #3, and #10. Automotive parking for our drive-in customers is located to the rear of our hangars on Hangar Way. Our facility is fully ADA-compliant.

We also offer consulting services with reference to aircraft refurbishment and updating in affiliation with our long-term industry wide trade affiliations and partnerships.

We currently have limited hangar space available for lease which is ideally suited for corporate aircraft up to the size of a Citation 550XL. We are experienced in the field of airport business and aircraft hangar development and construction. We offer aviation related development and construction consulting services for on airport development whether it be a personal/corporate hangar or any other on airport related business development and construction. We can help you navigate the often difficult task of securing the real-estate for construction, EPA permits, required FAA submittals and authorizations, required land surveys, all the way through the securing of local building permits.
